2.2. アップデートファイルをPCにダウンロードする
本ページの一番下にあるソフトウェア使用許諾契約書をお読みになり、「同意する」のチェックボックスをクリックして「レ印」入れた後、ダウンロードボタンをクリックしてアップデートファイルをPCのデスクトップ(推奨)または任意の場所にダウンロードしてください。
2.3. ダウンロード後のファイル確認
・Windowsの場合
ファイルを右クリックして [プロパティ] を選択しファイルのプロパティを表示します。表示されるファイル名とファイルサイズが「 2.1.アップデートファイルの説明」と同じか確認してください。同じ場合は正常にダウンロードできています。ファイル名やファイルサイズが違う場合は、ダウンロードしたファイルを削除し、再度ダウンロードしてください。
【ご注意】「ディスク上のサイズ」ではなく「サイズ」を確認してください。「ディスク上のサイズ」はご使用のPCによって異なります。
・Mac OS Xの場合
ファイルのアイコンをクリックし、「ファイル」メニューから「情報を見る」を選択し、 「一般情報」 の 三角矢印をクリックしてファイル名とファイルサイズが上記と同じか確認してください。同じ場合は正常にダウンロードできています。ファイル名やファイルサイズが違う場合は、ダウンロードしたファイルを削除し、再度ダウンロードしてください。
2.4. ダウンロードしたファイルの解凍
ダウンロードしたファイルは圧縮されていますので解凍してください。
(お使いのOS環境によっては以下の手順どおりに解凍できない場合があります。)
・Windowsの場合
@ ダウンロードしたファイルを右クリックし、[すべて展開] を選択してください。
A 解凍後のファイル確認
圧縮ファイルが展開された状態で表示されますので、以下のファイルが入っていることを確認してください。これらのファイルがアップデータになります。

2.5. 解凍したファイルをUSBメモリーにコピーする
2.5.1. PCのUSBポートに準備したUSBメモリーを挿す
2.5.2. 上記で解凍した2個のファイルをUSBメモリーのルートディレクトリにコピーする。
【ご注意】ルートディレクトリとはご使用のUSBメモリーの直下(最上位の階層)を言います。
解凍後のファイルの名前を変更したり、USBメモリーの中の任意のフォルダの中にコピーしたりするとアップデートできません。
3. BDレコーダーのアップデート手順
【ご注意】
・アップデート中、BDレコーダーの電源コードやUSBメモリーを抜いたりしないでください。故障の原因になります。
・アップデート中、記載された手順と異なるボタン操作(本体、リモコン)を行なわないで下さい。
・アップデートは、最大でおおよそ40分程度かかります。(アップデートの内容により異なります。)
・初めに手順を一通りお読みになること、可能であれば印刷の上、お手元に置かれて操作されることをお勧めします。
・電源ボタンでBDレコーダーの電源を入れると、「かんたん初期設定」画面が表示される場合は「かんたん初期設定」を
済ませてください。
・以下の場合、アップデート出来ませんので、下記以外のときに実施して下さい。
- 録画中
- ダビング中
- おでかけ転送実行中
- acTVila ダウンロード中
- アップデート中に開始する録画がある場合(40分以内に開始する予約録画あり)
・電源ボタンでBDレコーダーの電源を入れると、『ソフトウェアのアップデートがあります。「本体設定」の「ソフト
ウェアアップデート」を“自動”に設定するとアップデートが行われます。』と表示されている場合は、すでにデ
ータは取得済ですので、「本体設定」の「ソフトウェアアップデート」を“自動”に設定して電源ボタンで電源を
切ってアップデートを行ってください。(USBによるアップデートは行わないでください)
3.1. BDレコーダー本体前面のUSB接続端子にUSB機器が何も接続されていない ことを確認します。(接続されていたら取り外してください)
3.2. BDレコーダーの電源を入れます
3.3. 放送視聴画面・外部入力画面・ホームメニュー画面のいずれかにします。
3.4. 解凍後のファイルが入ったUSBメモリーを本体前面USB接続端子に挿入します。
【ご注意】複数USB端子を持つ機種は前面のUSB端子に挿入してください。
3.4.1. テレビ画面にソフトウェアアップデートを開始する表示が現われます。
3.4.2. アップデート中、本機前面の表示管に”UPDATE xx%”が点滅表示されます。
3.4.3. しばらく待つと表示管に”FINISH”と表示され、BDレコーダーが再起動します。
3.4.4. 下記の画面表示が出ましたら更新完了です。
3.4.5. USBメモリーを抜いてリモコンの「決定」ボタンを押してください。
3.4.6. バージョン確認方法に沿って、バージョン確認を行なって下さい。
3.4.7. 「2.1. アップデートプファイルの説明」に掲載されている、本体アップデート後のバージョンと同じであれば、正常にアップデートされています。
【ご注意】更新に伴い、一時的に番組表情報やおまかせ予約リストが消えてしまいますが、しばらくすると再取得されます。 また、その他のお客様自身により設定されたもの(画質、音質、入出力、ネットワーク設定など)はそのまま保持されます。

このソフトウェア使用許諾契約書(以下「本契約」とします)は、お客様(以下「使用者」とします)と弊社(以下「ソニー」とします)との間で、ご購入頂いたブルーレイディスクレコーダー(以下「本製品」とします)で使用するために、使用者がダウンロードするソフトウェア(以下「許諾ソフトウェア」とします)の使用許諾に関する条件について規定するものです。なお、許諾ソフトウェアには、ソニーが許諾を受けている第三者のソフトウェアが含まれており、本契約と下記のソフトウェアライセンスの各お知らせに記載されておりますソフトウェアの使用許諾条件に矛盾又は齟齬などがある場合には、各お知らせにかかるソフトウェアの範囲において、各お知らせに記載されております使用許諾条件が優先致します。使用者が欄外の同意するボタンをクリックして、許諾ソフトウェアのダウンロードを開始することにより、使用者は本契約の条項を承諾したものとみなします。
第1条(総則)
許諾ソフトウェアは、日本国内外の著作権法並びに著作者の権利およびこれに隣接する権利に関する諸条約その他知的財産権に関する法律によって保護されています。許諾ソフトウェアは、本契約の条件に従いソニーから使用者に対して使用許諾されるもので、許諾ソフトウェアの著作権等の知的財産権は使用者に移転いたしません。
第2条(使用権)
1 . ソニーは、許諾ソフトウェアの日本国内における非独占的な使用権を使用者に許諾します。
2 . 本契約によって生ずる許諾ソフトウェアの使用権とは、パーソナルコンピューター上(以下「本PC」とします)に許諾ソフトウェアをダウンロードする権利、ダウンロードした許諾ソフトウェアを本PCから、USBメモリー等の本製品で使用できる記録メディア(以下「本記録メディア」とします)に複製する権利、および本記録メディアを本製品に装着することにより、本製品に組み込んで、本製品上においてのみ使用者が許諾ソフトウェアを使用する権利をいいます。
3 . 許諾ソフトウェアの使用は私的範囲に限定されるものとし、許諾ソフトウェアを営利目的を含むいかなる目的でも貸与または頒布する事はできません。
第3条(許諾条件)
1. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアを取扱説明書に記載の使用方法に沿って使用するものとします。
2. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアおよび関連書類等の一部または全部を複製、複写もしくは修正、追加等の改変をしてはならないものとします。
3. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアおよび関連書類等を日本国外に輸出、移送をしてはならないものとします。
4. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアに関しリバースエンジニアリング、逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル等のソースコード解析作業を行ってはならないものとします。
5. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアの一部を許諾ソフトウェアから切り離して単独のソフトウェアとして使用してはならないものとします。
6. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアおよび関連書類等を再使用許諾、貸与またはリースその他の方法で第三者に使用させてはならないものとします。
7. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアおよび関連書類等を使用して、ソニーを含む第三者の著作権、特許権その他の知的財産権を侵害するような行為を行ってはならないものとします。
8. 使用者は、許諾ソフトウェアおよび関連書類の著作権もしくは商標にかかる表示等の一部または全部を除去、変更、追加してはならないものとします。
9. 使用者は、本製品と共に許諾ソフトウェアの一切(全ての構成部分、マニュアルなどの関連書類、電子文書および本契約書を含みます)を譲受人に譲渡し、かつ当該譲受人が本契約の全条項に同意することを条件とし、許諾ソフトウェアおよび前条に規定するその使用権を第三者に譲渡することが出来るものとします。なお、許諾ソフトウェアの一切が譲受人に譲渡され、かつ当該譲受人が本契約の全条項に同意した時点をもって、当該譲受人とソニーとの間で本契約の内容を条件とする契約が成立し、かつ、元の使用者とソニーとの間での本契約は解除されるものとします。
第4条(許諾ソフトウェアの権利)
許諾ソフトウェアおよびその関連書類に関する著作権等一切の権利は、ソニーまたはソニーが許諾ソフトウェアの再許諾権を許諾された原権利者(以下「原権利者」とします)に帰属するものとし、使用者は許諾ソフトウェアおよびその関連書類に関して本契約に基づき許諾された使用権以外の権利を有しないものとします。
第5条(ソニーおよび原権利者の免責)
ソニーおよび原権利者は、許諾ソフトウェアについて何等の保証を行うものではなく、使用者が本契約に基づき許諾された使用権を行使することにより生じた使用者もしくは第三者の損害に関していかなる責任も負わないものとします。但し、これを制限する別途法律の定めがある場合はこの限りではありません。
第6条(第三者に対する責任)
使用者が許諾ソフトウェアを使用することにより、第三者との間で著作権、特許権その他の知的財産権の侵害を理由として紛争を生じたときは、使用者自身が自らの費用で解決するものとし、ソニーおよび原権利者に一切の迷惑をかけないものとします。
第7条(自動アップデート)
1 . 許諾ソフトウェアにはソニーまたはソニーの指定する第三者のサーバーに本製品を接続した際に許諾ソフトウェアが自動的にアップデートされる機能を有するものがあります。使用者が、この自動アップデートの機能を用いない旨設定した場合、または、アップデートをするか否かを問わせる設定にした場合で且つ使用者がアップデートの実行を拒否した場合、使用者による許諾ソフトウェアの使用に関してソニーは何等の責任を負わないものとします。
2 . 使用者は、前項に従い自動アップデートの機能を有効にした場合、(A)許諾ソフトウェアのセキュリティ機能の向上、エラーの修正、アップデート機能の向上等の目的で許諾ソフトウェアが適宜自動的にアップデートされること、および(B)当該許諾ソフトウェアのアップデートに伴い、許諾ソフトウェアの機能が追加、変更または削除されることがあることに同意するものとします。
第8条(秘密保持)
使用者は、本契約により提供される許諾ソフトウェア、その関連書類等の情報および本契約の内容のうち公然と知られていないものについて秘密を保持するものとし、ソニーの承諾を得ることなく第三者に開示または漏洩しないものとします。
第9条(契約の解除)
ソニーは、使用者において次の各号の一に該当する事由があるときは、直ちに本契約を解除し、またはそれによって蒙った損害の賠償を使用者に対し請求できるものとします。
(1) 本契約に定める条項に違反したとき
(2) 差押、仮差押、仮処分その他強制執行の申立を受けたとき
第10条(許諾ソフトウェアの廃棄)
前条の規定により本契約が終了した場合、使用者は契約の終了した日から2週間以内に許諾ソフトウェア、関連書類およびその複製物を廃棄するものとします。ソニーが要求した場合、使用者は許諾ソフトウェア、関連書類およびその複製物を廃棄した旨を証明する文書をソニーに差し入れするものとします。
第11条(許諾ソフトウェアの更新)
1 . 使用者が、ネットワークからのダウンロード(第7条に定める自動アップデートを含む)あるいはソニーが提供または販売する更新用CDにより許諾ソフトウェアの更新を行う場合、更新後のソフトウェアについても本契約が適用されるものとします。ただし、ソニーより別の契約条件が提示される場合はこの限りではありません。なお、使用者は、更新用CDを許諾ソフトウェアの更新以外の目的で使用しないものとします。
2 . 前項に定める更新を行った結果、本製品に何らかの不都合が生じた場合には、ソニーの相談窓口へお問い合わせください。
第12条(その他)
1 . 本契約の一部が法律によって無効となった場合でも、当該条項以外は有効に存続するものとします。
2 . 本契約に定めなき事項もしくは本契約の解釈に疑義を生じた場合には、ソニー、使用者は誠意をもって協議し、解決するものとします。
GNU GPL/LGPL適用ソフトウェアに関するお知らせ
本製品には、以下のGNU General Public License(以下「GPL」とします)またはGNU Lesser General Public License(以下「LGPL」とします)の適用を受けるソフトウェアが含まれております。
お客様は添付のGPL/LGPLの条件に従いこれらのソフトウェアのソースコードの入手、改変、再配布の権利があることをお知らせいたします。
