Windowsｮ Vista・Express Upgrade Campaign

- Before placing Windows® Vista™ Express Upgrade order
We suggest that you check the items listed below to place your upgrade order:
1: Please have a proof of your date of purchase.
2: Please have your VAIO's model name, serial number readily available. And check eligibility for the upgrade order.

3: Please have your Certificate of Authenticity (COA) number readily available. (You will find a COA label attached to your computer. On notebook computers the COA label will be located on the computer's bottom side. However, the location may vary depending on model.)

A proof of your date of purchase will need to show that you purchase a qualifying VAIO during campaign period.
* A receipt/invoice with model name information, date of purchase
or
* Warranty with a stamp of a computer reseller or date of purchase
or
* A full statement of credit card with model name information, date of purchase

Step 2 - Learn more about qualified models, known issues with Windows Vista operating system and eligibility for upgrade.

Step 4 - Place your order by filling out all requested information on the online application form. When placing an order, you will be requested to input your VAIO PC model name, serial number and Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity (COA) number. You can make a payment with a credit card.

Step 5 - Send a proof of purchase date Send your proof of purchase date by E-mail, Fax, post or online.

Step 6 - Obtain the Windows ® Vista™ upgrade kit After application is verified, the Express upgrade kit will be sent to you from the end of February 2007.
