We provide the firmware upgrade (hereinafter referred to as program) to the latest version 3.00 for the firmware of NW-A3000(JEB). Please read carefully the following instructions.

About this download service

1)	Press and hold BACK button until the HOME menu is indicated.
2)	Press (Settings) / / / to select and then press
3)	Press / to (Unit information) and then press
4)	Confirm the version information for the unit firmware.

Log on with the Administrator group account when installing this upgrade program.

Log on with Administrator user name when installing this upgrade program.

Please follow the steps below to download the program.

	Set up the folder for storing the downloaded file on your hard drive. Assume the folder is named “FWUP” and it is made in C drive.
	Download the following file which is suitable for your model on the folder selected at Step1. NW-A3000_V3_00.exe (6,038KB)
	After the download is completed, select [Views]-[Details] in the Explorer to check the selected file size. If the size is not the same as the file size showing above, try to download the file again.

Follow the steps below to update the firmware after complete the download.

	Recharge the battery of the unit fully. Then connect the unit to the PC.
	Quit all softwares.
	Click [Start] - [Run…]. Then the dialog box [Run] will appear.
	Input ”C:\FWUP\NW-A3000_V3_00.exe”in there, and click [OK].Then the update program is started.
	Follow the message of the update program. * If “Charge the device before performing the software update.”is indicated, battery power is not enough to update the firmware. Please charge the battery enough and update the firmware again.
	Please disconnect the unit from the computer when“The software update was prepared. Execute ‘Safely remove USB device’ and disconnect the USB cable with the device. The software update will start.”is indicated.
	The firmware update is started automatically on the unit. Then restarts the unit twice after complete the update.

Please confirm the version when the upgrade program is installed successfully with following [How to confirm the version] steps.The upgrade program installation is succeeded when “3.00” is shown on the screen.
