About the Engraving Service, Engraved Models, and Collaborative Models 刻印服务/刻印模型/联名模型的相关注意事项 | ソニーストアについて

Before making a purchase or using a service, please review the following information concerning engraved products, special gifts, and accessories exclusive to the Sony Store.

[Product Warranty and Repairs]: -Engraved products are not covered by the warranty.
-Any changes in the appearance of the engraved area caused by aging are not covered by the warranty.
-For repairs, if the conditions below apply, the replacement parts or replacement items will be unengraved (Re-engraving is not possible).
　　-An engraved part or a part containing an engraving needs to be replaced
　　-The product is being exchanged for another one of the same or similar model
-Each item is engraved individually, so there may be slight variations between items.
-Please exercise caution, as the engraved area may become discolored if it comes into contact with hand cream or other oil-based products.
[Collaborative Model Bundles and Special Gifts]: -The products below are not covered by the warranty.
　　-Packages and sleeves featuring original designs
　　-Pre-installed content and downloadable bonuses, such as songs and images
　　-Accessories, postcards, and other extras and special gifts featuring original designs
-Pre-installed content cannot be restored if deleted. Please be careful not to accidentally delete them, and please back them up yourself, as we will not be able to provide them again.
[Packaging of Engraved Models]: -We will open the product to perform the engraving.
-Please note that there may be some differences in the packaging compared to regular products.
[Returns, Cancellations, and Replacements]: -No returns.

在购买商品及使用服务之前，请悉知以下Sony Store限定的刻印商品、特别优惠以及配件的相关事项。

【产品・保修・维修】: ・刻印不在保修范围之内
・因年久老化而导致的刻印部分外观变化亦不在保修范围之内
・维修时，如果符合下列情况，则相关更换部件或更换商品无刻印。不提供二次刻印服务
　　ー更换刻印部分或含刻印的部件时
　　ー更换为同机型或同类产品时
・逐一刻印，因此存在个体差异
・请注意，如果护手霜等含油脂的物品接触到刻印部分，可能会导致刻印部分发生褪色
【联名模型的随附品・特别优惠】: ・下列不在保修范围之内
　　ー原创设计的外包装
　　ー歌曲、图像等预装内容或下载优惠
　　ー原创设计的配件、明信片等附属品及特别优惠
・预装内容一旦删除，则无法恢复。并且无法重新提供，因此请注意不要误删并自行备份。
【刻印模型的包装状态】: ・需开封进行刻印作业
・局部的包装状态可能与普通商品不同，敬请谅解
